This policy explains how Nemt Company ApS (“Nemt”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit nemt.co or contact us. Our individual apps and services may have their own privacy notices. Where they do, they are linked from the app’s store listing and from inside the app.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Nemt Company ApS, CVR 45345092, a company registered in Denmark. You can reach us at hello@nemt.co.

What we collect on this website

• No cookies or tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
• Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your name, email address and message to reply. We keep the correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose or as required by law.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run our business, such as website hosting and email. They only process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also restrict or object to processing and ask for data portability. To use any of these rights, emailhello@nemt.co. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
